Source and scope
Data source: Artificial Analysis . This view uses the free API tier and methodology version v4.3.
Ranking rules
Each category names its metric and direction. Competition ranking is used, so equal values produce ranks such as 1, 2, 2, 4. Ties that cross a display cutoff remain visible.
Coverage and unavailable states
Eligible counts and coverage are shown for published rankings. Categories without eligible ranking results stay visible with an unavailable or suppressed-source explanation. When the public Artificial Analysis website still publishes a board for that category, a separately labeled top 3 is shown beneath the notice.
Cost definition
price_1m_blended_3_to_1 is locally derived as 3:1 input:output for legacy comparability; AA site blended price uses 7:2:1 cache:input:output
